Hello everyone. Hope your week has been good. I did a lot of things this week, starting out transfers happened. I am now with a new companion named Elder Jones. He is super cool and goofy. We're gonna have a lot of fun together. I can already tell.

And big news from my family, my little sister got her mission call to Mexico, Pachuca! Megan will be an amazing missionary.

We went to transfers in Paris. It was fun to see all the other missionaries again! I got my tite de sejour, which means I'm now legal in France. And to cap it all off, we got to eat at 5 Guys sooooooo good! An old friend from the mission sent me a wedding invitation. He's trying to kill me.

Charleroi has been awesome. There are so many people to find and teach. Just this last week we had the opportunity to put one of our friends on baptismal date. His name is Benjamin. The baptism is on the 11th of October and we're super excited. He is super cool. He came to church yesterday. He told me that he prayed about the Book of Mormon and that he feels good about being baptized in October. We also saw a miracle of 6 friends at church. One thing about this Ward is that you have to eat. If not, members will shove food down your throat. They make so much food! It's incredible !!!

Our district actually changed. We added 2 more elders to our district and they are super cool. So our district grew a little bit. Also I feel like such a dad in this apartment. It's weird, I'm the oldest in mission age and in actual age I'm also the tallest.

Spiritual thought.
One thing I've really enjoyed doing while reading the scriptures is I mark to the right hand side what I enjoyed from that scripture or what principle I learned. So recently I was reading the story of the Army of Helaman. One thing that stood out was  "Our God is with us and he should not suffer that we would fall." It's an amazing principle. You learn by truly taking in the scriptures and marking what you learned. I would challenge you all to write down what you learned from the stories you read in the Book of Mormon.
