Wassup y'all! Hope you've had a great week, my week was pretty fire. We saw so many miracles this week. We started off the week strong on Tuesday with a tour of the temple with our two friends. It was so cool. Quick shout out to Sister Frank and Sister Letourneau who absolutely crushed the temple tour with our friends!

On Wednesday we had 7 lessons planned and all but 3 happened so hallelujah. We have amazing progressing friends too. It's funny, I don't know what mission life is like in places like Brazil and Mexico but we here in France are finding teaching and baptising! It's super cool to see friend's (as well as my) spiritual progress.

The rest of the days were normal. I had an awesome exchange in Aunlay with Elder Hopkins. Aunlay is a fun place, not necessarily the nicest part of France. Everytime I go there I have a new story. As soon as we got off the tram in Aunlay I heard someone screaming in Arabic from across the train station. She was in the entrance /exit so when we exited the train station we just scooted as far away as possible. After I asked Elder Hopkins what she was saying because he is an Arabic Elder and apparently she just had very strong feelings about France and President Macron, so it's always an experience here.

I had an awesome week (Finding And Teaching)!

I'm actually in a barber shop right now. I just got a cut and now waiting for my comp to finish. I have a photo of my haircut. Just a heads up 1 on the side means different when you go to an Algerian barber and a French barber! Pretty short! Photo down bellow.

Spiritual thought
 Light of the World
Our mission is super focused on spreading the light of Christ this Christmas season. So were really trying to share the light of world campaign. I'm studying the life of Christ and I read in Luke 1 2-7

1 And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Cæsar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. 2 (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) 3 And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. 4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judæa, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) 5 To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. 6 And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. 7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.

When I read this I thought, what is the real meaning of Christmas?   Christ's birth!  Our Savior came into this world as a humble child. The prince of peace was born as a humble child. I am so grateful for this gospel and for our Savior.

Have a great week !!!
