We're still here in Paris !!! I love being here, the pace of work here is awesome and every day we get to meet super amazing people and fun people. 

One day we were doing some metro contacting, all of the sudden I see this man on the metro solving a rubix cube. So I did what any normal person would do and I pulled out my rubix cube and challenged him to a race. I got smoked, he solved it in like 20 seconds! For comparison my record is 1 minute 30 seconds. He was so nice he started showing me other ways to solve a rubix cube. His rubix cube that he was using was 55 EU which is insane. It's electronic so you can time it with your phone. He sadly wasn't interested in coming to church, but it still was a cool experience. 

To all the missionaries learning a non-latin based language, I've got a lot of respect for you. We had a friend come to church yesterday who speaks Persian and a little French. We were able to invite our new convert to help us with the lesson and when they spoke it all sounded the same. It was crazy but the spirit was there, so it was a win for everyone.

Last week we went to the Champs-Élysées and then to the Arc de Triumph which was super cool. We met up with a couple of missionaries and went and visited a couple shops then left a couple shops because there crazy expensive. The view from the top of the Arc de Triumph is super cool you can see the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, and Napoleon's Castle all in the same eye sight.

Spiritual Thought 
One of the things I do and what we are encouraged to do as missionaries is to read Preach my Gospel. We don't memorize any lessons anymore (sorry dad) we use Pmg. One of my favorite parts in Pmg is Chapter 4 Seek and Rely on the Spirit it says that: 
        -The gift holy ghost is one of the greatest gifts God has given his children-pmg also tells us how we can have the constant guide of the holy ghost.
         -Having the guidance of the Holy Ghost in your life requires spiritual work. This work includes fervent prayer and consistent scripture study. It also includes keeping your covenants and God’s commandments- one of the best ways to have the constant guide of the holy spirit is by reading the scriptures and one scripture that I love is Helaman 5 12-19. If you have the time to read it, I would encourage you to do so and think about how Nephi and Lehi taught and grew their relationship with the holy ghost during this time.

 February 3, 2025 This week we had Transfer News, I will be staying in Les Lilas and my Comp Elder Tupana will be leaving (RIP Mon Tahitian!). What I didn't expect this transfer was to be training a brand new Elder! I have no idea what his name is but I can't wait! We pick them up on Thursday.  Other than that we have been really focusing on members this last week sending them spiritual thoughts. Our plan this next week is to bring them a bunch of cookies !!!! Our members here are actually super powerful. Every single one of them has a super strong testimony. Members are super important for this work! It's your testimony that inspires lasting change in the hearts of the people we teach.  Well I'm officially 20 today! Crazy how fast time passes. I've been alive for 20 years and I can confidently say I've learned more about myself in the last year than I did the other 19. If there's one thing I know it's that you have a Heavenly father and he loves you.  My week was good.This area is much different than Les Lilas where I was before here. There is a lot of retirees and cars, so the people we stop normally don't want to listen, so we adjusted and just started doing door to door alot of it. The ward here is awesome! Yesterday after church we went to the Bourroux's house. They're so cool. Their son is going on a mission here soon and the kids are crazy fun. They have two girls who are just bursting with energy so we built a magnetic house with them. Then Sunday night we get a call from our member Pascal who owns a pizza place. February 17, 2025 Bonjour a tous! Hello everyone I made it through another week of awesome missionary work! I'll run you through the highlights of the week. So many elect people!  On Thursday I met this super elect person on the metro. We just started talking and he was super interested. He was born into a Christian household but doesn't go to church often. Loves the bible too! I felt prompted on the metro to share with him Amos 3: 7 which is - Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. - Then I told him that God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow and that he gave us prophets in every period of time. It was super cool to see a light go off in his brain. Then I bore a quick testimony about our Prophet and the Book of Mormon.
